Bio Farma Luncurkan Program Work-Life Balance
[:id]PT Bio Farma (Persero), officially launches Work-Life Balance (WLB) program / Paradigma Hidup Sehat (PHS) on January 15, 2015 at Bio Farma Auditorium. This program, which will be implemented by the entire Bio Farma’s employees, is a morally and motivational smart concept which will create balance in work, self management, self motivation, and responsibility. According to the President Director of Bio Farma, as well as the ambassador of PHS, Iskandar, WLB is expected to create better life quality, in which healthy and fresh physically, clear mind, sincere body, and life enjoyment. “It is important for a company to pay attention to every employee’s health because Bio Farma can only achieve its objectives with healthy employees,” Iskandar said. Iskandar expected that Bio Farma’s employees do not spend their time only for their work, but they should also have other life besides work, such as in family, social life, so there will be a balance which will make them Bahagia (Happy), meaning Bugar (Fresh), HArmonis (Harmony), and Giat (energetic). In the future, the WLB program will be implemented into five balance concepts, which are: Work Life, Personal Life, Family Life, Spiritual Life, and Cultural Life.
