Bio Farma Raih Peringkat ke-1 Keterbukaan Informasi Publik

Jakarta, 12^th December 2014, Bio Farma achieved the first position in Public Information Transparency (KIP) from the Central Information Commission, which is handed over by Vice President Jusuf Kalla to the HR Director of  Bio Farma Andjang Kusuma at the Palace of the Vice President on Friday afternoon. The award received  is an addition to the other awards won by Bio Farma throughout the month of December 2014, among others the PROPER Gold from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Best CEO, Best SOE and the application of Sustainability Report or statements by applying the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) - G4 from NCSR (National Center for Sustainability Report). The first position in Public Information Transparency was obtained through a quite tight mechanism, starting with; Bio Farma submitting the form and completed the proof of information activity transparency which refers to KIP Act  No. 14 of 2008. Bio Farma has implemented a public information transparency in the early years after the KIP Act existed, which is around the year 2009. According to the Head of Corporate Communications of Bio Farma, N . Nurlaela as the PPID official of Bio Farma "We have the complete tools and mechanisms of KIP, that are updated every year, we have devised a classification of public information consisting of periodic information, spontaneous information, and information that must be provided, while also providing access to the public information, particularly through our website www.biofarma.co.id which is almost similar to a printed media activity, by regularly publishing the latest news of  activities and performance of the company which is integrated with social medias ".
