Special Requests for Public Information Services

As part of Public Information Disclosure, PT Bio Farma also provides special requests if the public needs more comprehensive data. And we realize that the high mobility of the community sometimes makes it difficult to attend in person, so PT Bio Farma provides a special form to facilitate requests for Public Information. In addition, as support for sustainable paper reduction, this form allows the Public to obtain Public Information in the form of E-Papers.

Details of Public Information Services

During January - December 2020 PPID Bio Farma received 2 (Two) requests for information through the KIP mechanism. During January - June 2021 PPID Bio Farma received 1 (One) request for information through the KIP mechanism with an average service time of 0 days, which means that information is immediately provided when the applicant submits a request for information.

No requests for public information were rejected either through email or website.
